Foreign visitors must have travel insurance for Belarus covering the length of their stay
What sort of travel insurance do you need for Belarus?
Medical insurance to a minimum value of €10,000 is required for travel to Belarus.
Insurance can be obtained from Belarusian insurance companies or accredited foreign insurers. An insurance policy issued by a foreign insurance company should be valid in Belarus during the entire period of stay.
Travel insurance is one of Belarus’ visa requirements.
Who does not need an insurance:

tourists passing through Belarus on a transit visa (on international trains, civil aircraft of international airlines)

diplomats and official delegations

flight crew and rail staff

foreigners entitled to free emergency healthcare as part of reciprocal healthcare agreements their countries signed with Belarus (Russia, Turkmenistan, the CIS member states: Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine)

refugees
