Shchodryk celebrations in Pogost

The Slavonic holiday Shchodryk (Generous Evening) was celebrated in the village of Pogost, Gomel Oblast, in the run-up to Old New Year.

On 13 January, carolers walk around the neighborhood, sing folk songs, and wish health and wellbeing to everyone.
