MINSK, 22 April (BelTA) - Uzbekistan is showing interest in road-building and utilities machinery of the Belarusian mechanical engineering company Amkodor, BelTA learned from the press service of the enterprise.
A delegation of managers of Uzbekistan companies paid a visit to Amkodor to get familiar with the enterprise’s lineup at its permanent exhibition.
The parties discussed prospects of cooperation and opportunities to develop trade relations. The Uzbekistan delegation expressed interest in the Amkodor road-building and utilities machinery for the needs of Tashkent City Hall.
The visitors praised the production and technical potential of the machinery and expressed their strong willingness for fruitful cooperation.
Established in 1927, Amkodor consists of 30 legal entities, 22 plants that produce more than 6,500 names of products, including 135 models and modifications of special-purpose vehicles and agricultural machines. All Amkodor enterprises are integrated into a single technological chain. Each member specializes in manufacturing specific machines, units and assemblies for all enterprises of the company. Amkodor constantly develops new models of machines and vehicles and improves existing ones.
