Turkish Ziraat Bank in talks to buy shares of Belarusian Bank Dabrabyt

ANKARA, 15 April (BelTA) - Turkish Ziraat Bank is in talks to buy shares of Bank Dabrabyt, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Turkey Andrei Savinykh told the media on 15 April, BelTA has learned.

“Bank Dabrabyt and Ziraat Bank are in consultations over all these issues,” Andrei Savinykh noted.

According to the Belarusian side, the work of the bank with the Turkish capital in the country is an important systematic step. “This will enable us to switch to the national currencies in bilateral trade. This is a major incentive for the development of cooperation in all areas,” the ambassador said.
