MINSK, 12 September (BelTA) – Trade unions can be set up in the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park Great Stone. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has signed corresponding Ordinance No. 6, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.
The document has introduced addenda to Ordinance No. 2 of 26 January 1999 “On certain measures to regulate the activities of political parties, professional unions, and other public associations”. It aims to facilitate the consolidation of workers of organizations on the territory of the industrial park on the basis of their industrial and social interests and for the protection of their social and economic rights.
The addendum has been prepared to promote the development of the industrial park uniting 34 legal entities.
Ordinance No. 6 enters into force from the day of its signing, is a temporary document, and is submitted to the National Assembly for consideration in accordance with Part 3 of Article 101 of the Belarusian Constitution.
