PUKHOVICHI DISTRICT, 14 April (BelTA) – The China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone will welcome about ten new resident companies soon, BelTA learned from Minsk Oblast Governor Semyon Shapiro on 14 April.
The Minsk Oblast governor said: “Since production sites are now available, it is necessary to more actively work with investors. I think about ten new resident companies will be registered in [the China-Belarus industrial park] Great Stone soon.”
The official specified that four companies had just started the registration procedure. Among them are manufacturers of residential-grade lighting equipment and crystal ware. This way the investors are responding to the infrastructure that has been created in the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone and are appreciating the business operation terms.
A short while ago a Minsk Oblast delegation led by Semyon Shapiro visited China’s Guangdong Province. It was a scheduled visit. The development of the China-Belarus industrial park was discussed. “We were supposed to discuss all the financial aspects of using the charter capital and the park’s budget. We didn’t agree on everything, this is why one of the top executives of the industrial park development company came to Minsk. Meanwhile, we are looking for ways to make the park more economically effective and management more successful,” said the Minsk Oblast governor.
