MINSK, 6 October (BelTA) - Syria has shown interest in Amkodor forklifts, BelTA learned from the company's press service.
AMKODOR took part in the 7th international exhibition Rebuild Syria in Damascus. A delegation of the company led by the head of sales in non-CIS countries Dmitry Yasinsky took part in a rich business program: negotiations with Syrian companies, meetings with heads of government bodies and business circles.
Syria showed a particular interest in the Amkodor-211 universal skid steer loader and forklifts.
Rebuild Syria also featured Amkodor’s grain cleaning and drying complexes.
The public joint-stock company (OAO) Amkodor is the managing company of the holding company Amkodor. The original enterprise was established in 1927. Nowadays the company make over 130 models and modifications of the special-purpose and agricultural vehicles. The company consists of 29 legal entities, 22 plants, which produce more than 6,500 marketable products. The number of employees exceeds 7,000. All Amkodor enterprises are integrated into a single technological chain. Each member specializes in production of specific machines, units and assemblies for all enterprises of the company.
