Supplies of Belarusian automotive, agricultural machinery to Nicaragua discussed in Managua

MINSK, 10 January (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Cuba Valery Baranovsky met with Adviser to the President of Nicaragua on Investment, Trade and International Cooperation Laureano Facundo Ortega Murillo, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The meeting which took place as part of the inauguration ceremony of Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega was also attended by the ministers of finance, economic development and internal trade of Nicaragua.

“The parties discussed the development of bilateral trade and economic cooperation, in particular projects to supply Belarusian automotive and agricultural machinery to Nicaragua,” the press service noted.
