MINSK, 10 January (BelTA) – The Republic of Korea will donate equipment to a number of medical institutions of Belarus. This matter was discussed at a meeting between Belarus’ Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Valentin Rybakov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea Kim Yong Ho, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Korean diplomat informed Valentin Rybakov that the Korean government is finalizing the provision, on a gratuitous basis, of medical equipment to the National Research Center for Organ and Tissue Transplantation, Belarus Otolaryngology Research Center and the National Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children. This is the official assistance for development.
The parties also discussed the status and prospects of bilateral cooperation.
