MINSK, 1 December (BelTA) – A protocol specifying the prices Belarus will pay in 2022 to get natural gas from Russia has been signed, the press service of the Belarusian Energy Ministry told BelTA.
Belarusian Energy Minister Viktor Karankevich, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Vladimir Semashko, and Gazprom Chairman of the Management Committee Alexey Miller met in St Petersburg on 1 December. As a result of the meeting Gazprom and the Belarusian government signed a protocol on pricing Russian natural gas deliveries to Belarus in 2022, the press service said.
The price Belarus will pay for natural gas in 2022 has been set taking into account this year’s terms - $128.52 per 1,000m3.
