MINSK, 26 January (BelTA) – The Belarusian government has approved the draft agreement with Baltic Leasing Group of Companies (Russia) on the provision of Belarus-made products on financial lease terms in Russia. The decision is stipulated in Resolution No.40 of the Belarusian Council of Ministers of 21 January published on the national legal Internet portal on 26 January, BelTA has learned.
The document was adopted in line with Decree No.466 “Concerning some measures on the sale of goods made in the Republic of Belarus” of 24 September 2009. The Belarusian Industry Ministry and Finance Ministry are tasked with negotiating the agreement with the Russian company. The ministries are authorized to make amendments and supplements if they are necessary and are not fundamental in nature.
OAO ASB Belarusbank has been appointed as the agent bank, so it will carry out the terms of the agreement for a remuneration of no more than 0.02% of the amount to be compensated by Belarus from the funds of the state budget designated for such purposes.
The document comes into force on the day it is signed.

The company operates more than 60 subsidiaries in different regions of Russia. Baltic Leasing Group of Companies became member of the Russian Association of Leasing Companies (Rosleasing) in 1994, and the United Leasing Association in 1999.
