New China-Belarus industrial park resident company to set up logistics hub

MINSK, 31 January (BelTA) – A new company residing in the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone has been registered. OOO Baikail Group intends to set up a transportation and logistics hub in the industrial park, the park’s press service told BelTA.

The new resident company with Chinese capital intends to provide warehousing and logistics services, including storage, packaging, tracking, marketing, and other ones. Cargoes will be shipped to countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone is a special economic zone with a special legal regime. It is located 25km away from Minsk. The park’s priority development areas include mechanical engineering, electronics and telecommunications, biotechnologies, pharmaceutics, new materials, logistics, digital commerce, big data storage and processing.
