MINSK, 11 August (BelTA) – The Belarusian-Pakistani cooperation is robust and productive, Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mikhail Myatlikov said at the Belarus-Pakistan Business Forum on 11 August, BelTA informs.
According to Mikhail Myatlikov, the Belarusian-Pakistani Business Council held its first meeting the day before to outline overriding and most promising areas in cooperation expansion. Among them is mechanical engineering, petrochemistry, mining, woodworking, agriculture and food industry. The Belarusian and Pakistani Chambers of Commerce and Industry agreed on a regular exchange of business information and cooperation.
According to Mikhail Myatlikov, partaking in the Belarus-Pakistan Business Forum are 60 companies from Belarus and 40 companies from Pakistan. The forum will include presentations of Belarus’ economic and doing business potential. Guests from Pakistan will see the industrial potential of Belarus. Pakistani representatives, in turn, will tell Belarusian counterparts about the investment and business climate in their country.
Today’s program will also include business bilateral talks.
