Mogilev to host Belarus-China business forum on 27 September

MOGILEV, 25 September (BelTA) – The Belarusian-Chinese business forum Belt and Road: Mogilev Oblast and Jiangsu Province Together into the Future will take place in Mogilev on 27 September, BelTA learned from the economy committee of the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee.

The program of activities will include meetings at the level of the Mogilev authorities and businessmen of the two regions, presentations, B2B talks and the signing of a number of cooperation agreements. Chinese guests will also get familiar with Mogilev’s industrial companies and visit the Buinichi Field Memorial.

The Chinese delegation of Jiangsu Province, led by Governor Wu Zhenglong, will include representatives of the Chinese government, heads of big corporations and businessmen.

Jiangsu is China’s eastern province that lies near the Yellow Sea. It is one of the leading provinces in economic development, agriculture and industry, as well as living standards with the population exceeding 78 million people. Its capital is Nanjing, which was the capital of China several times throughout the country’s history.
