MINSK, 13 May (BelTA) - The second Chinese-Belarusian youth contest of research and innovation projects will be held in Minsk on 20-21 May, BelTA learned from the press service of the State Committee on Science and Technology.
The main aim of the project is to support talented young innovators and to intensify youth cooperation in education, science and technology. Taking part in the event will be students, graduate students, postgraduate students and young scientists with presentations of their projects. The nominations will include information technology, Big Data, robotics, artificial intelligence, materials and chemical products, engineering and metallurgy, ecology, environmental management, recycling, energy conservation, agriculture, healthcare, sanitation, medical equipment, educational technology, innovation in economics, culture and art. The winners will be given prizes of the Chinese embassy in Belarus.
The contest is organized by the Chinese embassy in Belarus, the State Committee on Science and Technology, the Education Ministry of Belarus, the Belarusian National Technical University, the university’s Confucius Institute of Science and Technology and the BNTU Technopark Polytechnic.
