MINSK, 20 March (BelTA) – The Belarusian-Italian business forum on green economy will take place in Minsk on 24 March, BelTA learned from the website of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The forum will feature Italy’s latest achievements in the use of renewable energy, waste treatment, air quality improvement, energy efficiency of the economy and the implementation of the smart city concept. The forum will also highlight the potential of financing green economy projects suggested by big private banks and international financial institutions.
The plenary part of the event will be followed by B2B talks between businessmen of Belarus and Italy.
The forum is organized by the Italian embassy in Belarus and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry under the auspices of the Italian Government Agency for the Promotion Abroad and the Internationalization of the Italian Companies (ICE), the Italian export credit agency SACE, and the Italy-Belarus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
