Minsk to host Agriculture in Belarus. Meat Farm international forum on 8 December

MINSK, 4 December (BelTA) – The Agriculture in Belarus. Meat Farm international forum will be held in Minsk on 8 December, BelTA learned from the press service of the Agriculture and Food Ministry.

“The forum will bring together heads and specialists of livestock farms, officials, scientists, suppliers of engineering, technological, and managerial solutions. They will discuss ways to increase the efficiency of beef cattle farming through the prism of reproduction solutions,” the press service noted.

The forum will focus on reproduction management, selection, conservation and improvement of the gene pool, as well as modern reproduction technologies, optimal housing and feeding conditions, and rearing of young animals. In addition to that, experts will discuss the prevention and treatment of diseases, innovative solutions for beef cattle breeding, increasing productivity and profitability, industry growth and import substitution prospects.

The forum will include workshops on cattle, pig and poultry farming.
