MINSK, 23 April (BelTA) – The Belarusian automobile engineering company MAZ will supply 40 buses to Ukraine’s Zhytomyr. Some of them were presented before local citizens, the Belarusian Embassy in Ukraine told BelTA.
The presentation was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Ukraine Igor Sokol, Ukraine’s Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Gennady Zubko, Chairman of the Zhytomyr Oblast Council Vladimir Shirma, and Deputy Chairman of the Zhytomyr City Administration Dmitry Tkachuk.
The local administration leased the Belarusian buses to develop the municipal transport infrastructure.
