MOSCOW, 9 April (BelTA) – Belarus’ Ambassador to Russia Dmitry Krutoi has held a meeting with Kuwait’s Ambassador to Russia Rashed Al-Adwani, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian diplomatic mission.
“The parties took a look into the issues of cooperation between Minsk and Kuwait in politics, trade and economy. They emphasized the importance of holding the next round of ministerial consultations, as well as a meeting of the joint Belarusian-Kuwaiti commission on economic, trade and technical cooperation, which will contribute to bilateral cooperation in politics, economy, and also humanitarian affairs,” the press service said.
Dmitry Krutoi urged to more actively utilize the potential of the business communities of the two countries to expand trade and economic relations.
“Rashed Al-Adwani showed interest in the Belarusian agricultural practices, saying that the Kuwaiti authorities attached great importance to this area, especially in the context of ensuring food security. In this regard, the Belarusian ambassador invited Kuwait to participate in the country’s agricultural exhibition Belagro, scheduled for 4-9 June 2024,” representatives of the diplomatic mission said.
