MINSK, 8 October (BelTA) – The 2nd International Congress of Tour Operators will be held in Minsk on 9-11 October, BelTA learned from the National Union of Tourism Industry.
Participants from Belarus, Russia and other CIS countries and beyond will exchange best practices, discuss interaction between the industry players, government regulation of the industry, visa policy, tour operator liability funds and financial support for the protection of tourists, bank payments and mutual settlements.
In addition to the plenary session, the program includes a business dialogue that will focus on efforts to boost the sustainability of tour operators, to protect the interests of tourists, to prevent unfair competition, improve insurance policies, fine-tune the mobile application Tourist Assistant, promote domestic and inbound tourism.
