MINSK, 10 December (BelTA) – In November 2018 the index of consumer prices for goods and services totaled 100.6% as against October 2018 and 104.8% as against December 2017, representatives of the National Statistics Committee of Belarus told BelTA.
In November 2018 the base index of consumer prices, which does not account for changes in prices for individual goods and services susceptible to administrative and seasonal factors, stood at 100.4% in comparison with October 2018 and 104.5% in comparison with December 2017.
In November 2018 food prices went up by 1.2% from October 2018, by 5.2% in comparison with November 2017, and up by 4.5% in comparison with December 2017. Non-food prices grew by 0.02% from October 2018, by 3% from November 2017, and by 3.9% from December 2017. The index of prices for and tariffs on paid services totaled 99.96% as against October 2018, 107.4% as against November 2017 and 106.8% as against December 2017.
