Great Stone welcomes 17 new companies in January-September 2022

MINSK, 23 November (BelTA) – In January-September 2022 the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park Great Stone welcomed 17 new enterprises, BelTA learned from the press service of the Economy Ministry of Belarus.

In January-September 2022 the Great Stone Industrial Park expanded by 17 new companies with promising projects in logistics, e-commerce, fine chemistry, medicine, biotechnology, instrumentation, and also research and development (R&D). The number of registered residents increased to 99 companies, and the declared volume of investment reached $1.3 billion.

In January-September 2022 the companies of the park demonstrated high results. Output increased 1.5 times, revenues from the sale of products went up 1.8 times, exports of goods and investment in fixed assets - 1.2 times. Net profit made up Br56.1 million and the amount of taxes, fees and payments paid to the budget and extrabudgetary funds surged 2.1 times (Br50.8 million).
