MINSK, 15 June (BelTA) – A new resident, ESS Group, has been registered at the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone, BelTA learned from the website of the industrial park.
The project of the Lithuanian-Belarusian company ESS Group is aimed at the production of electric scooters and charging stations. Electric scooters will boast the cruising range of up to 100km.
The new resident of the park also plans to develop software and management systems for an electric scooter sharing system.
The Chinese-Belarusian industrial park Great Stone is an economic zone with a special legal regime. The park is located 25km from Minsk. Residents from 15 countries are registered in the Great Stone. The park’s priority lines of business include mechanical engineering, electronics and telecommunications, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, new materials, logistics, e-commerce, storage and processing of large volumes of data.
