MINSK, 30 October (BelTA) – The stand of the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone will make part of the Belarusian exposition at the Second China International Import Expo which is due to take place in Shanghai on 5-10 November, BelTA learned from the website of the Great Stone Park.
The stand will be on display at the National Exhibition and Convention Center.
In the run up to the exhibition Beijing played host to the 12th meeting of the working group on the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone under the chairmanship of Belarus’ Economy Minister Dmitry Krutoi and China’s Vice Minister of Commerce Yu Jianhua.
According to the Belarus’ Economy Ministry, the parties outlined tasks for the next year, discussed ways to improve the legal framework of the park and create additional conditions to attract investment in the development of competitive companies, sustainable engineering transport infrastructure, digital construction and the evolvement of the park into a smart city, and also the implementation of projects with the help of technical and economic assistance.
The parties emphasized the priority of exports, attraction of anchor investors with high-technology projects, and the expansion of international activities.
