MOSCOW, 27 January (BelTA) – Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Mikhail Myasnikovich met with Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik in Minsk on 27 January, the commission’s press service told BelTA.
Mikhail Myasnikovich and Sergei Aleinik discussed key matters concerning international activities of the Eurasian Economic Union, including progress in negotiations on establishing free trade zones with priority partners such as Iran, Egypt, and India. Interaction with the countries, which enjoy observer status in the EAEU, was also discussed.
The sides also spoke at length about cooperation with a number of regional integration associations and international organizations, including the United Nations Organization.
