MINSK, 10 April (BelTA) – China’s Hangzhou Wahaha Group is interested in cooperation with Belarus, Chairman of the Board and CEO Zong Qinghou said as he met with Belarus’ Deputy Economy Minister Alexander Yaroshenko in Minsk, BelTA learned from the press service of the Economy Ministry.
The Chinese delegation was provided with the information on possible scientific, trade, economic and investment cooperation in the fields of laser technology, optics, new chemical fibers, polymeric materials, and about new R&D products and designs used in the manufacture of machinery, agricultural equipment, tractors and combine harvesters.
Zong Qinghou assured that after a detailed examination of the information provided by the Belarusian side, a decision will be taken on specific areas and areas of investment, trade and economic cooperation.
Established in 1987, Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., LTD. is a big food and beverage corporation with capacities inh R&D, manufacturing, and sales. It operates over 170 subsidiaries, 70 production bases. It also has a considerable experience in the production of packaging materials, molds, mechanical engineering, and bioengineering.
