MINSK, 23 May (BelTA) - The business optimism index in Belarus has increased, Chairman of the Supreme Coordinating Council of the Union of Legal Entities “Confederation of Entrepreneurship" Andrei Kopytok said at the 21st Business Assembly, BelTA has learned.
Andrei Kopytok noted that some market segments have demonstrated new growth points, an increase in new orders. "Today we see an increase in the business optimism index. The degree of trust is rising," he stressed. "The business optimism index risen up by 0.16 year-on-year."
Andrei Kopytok suggested encouraging the social responsibility of business by new forms and methods.
The 21st Business Assembly was held in Minsk on 23 May and discussed the topical issues and priority areas for the development of entrepreneurship in the country.
