MINSK, 10 March (BelTA) – BelGee has presented the Geely Monjaro crossover, BelTA has learned.
Geely Monjaro is based on the Compact Modular Architecture (CMA) platform that was co-developed with Volvo: Volvo XC 40 and Tugella are built on the same platform. The SUV is equipped with a 2.0 T engine with a maximum power of 238 HP, 8 AT transmission. It boasts a variety of driver assistance systems for enhanced safety and comfort. The vehicle has a triple high-definition screen to manage assistance systems and multimedia.
Those who came to the presentation also saw another new product - Geely Okavango. This is the first seven-seater crossover in the brand’s lineup. Okavango is a front-wheel drive hybrid with a 1.5L TDI engine, a 7 wet dual-clutch transmission, and the 48V electric motor. The car has LED optics, a virtual dashboard, a 10.25-inch media system screen, climate control, a 360 degree panoramic camera, adaptive cruise control and a panoramic roof. Okavango features an expansive yet functional loading space. The 7 seats can be fully folded thus giving 2050l of maximum storage space while the interior space can be measured up to 2.2m.
The presentation took place in a new center of the Atlant-M car dealer that opened for the public on 10 March. The dealer offers the whole lineup of Geely cars, from budget to premium, including the Emgrand sedan, the Coolray, Atlas Pro, Okavango, Tugella crossovers in various modifications, the Geometry C electric car and the Monjaro flagship crossover, which will soon be available in the Atlant-M center.
