BelGee exports 80% of output

MINSK, 17 November (BelTA) – The BelGee exports account for about 80% of the car maker output, BelGee Director General Gennady Svidersky told the media on 17 November, BelTA has learned.

“Today the plant is working steadily. In January-October 2022, we had about 6% profitability. We have got a ratio of 80% - exports and 20% - domestic market. We have prepared and will do our best to have a full range of cars in our showrooms. Over the years we have opened 10 showrooms in the country, 17 authorized service centers. Sufficient infrastructure has been developed the the comfortable use of our vehicles,” said Gennady Svidersky.

The BelGee plant opened on 17 November 2017. Today the plant celebrates its 5th anniversary. “Summing up, we can say that the plant has reached the planned production capacity. Today’s mode of operation is 15 cars per hour. We plan our work on the basis of orders and market demands, and this ensures stable operation of the plant. Over the years we have not only increased our production, but also mastered new models. The market has demanded the model range to be updated,” the director general of the plant said.
