Belavia to expand international route network in 2020

MINSK, 31 October (BelTA) - Belavia is set to add new routes to Kazakhstan, Spain and Cyprus in 2020, Belavia Director General Anatoly Gusarov said at a press conference, BelTA has learned.

The head of the company noted that Belavia regularly expands the route network. This year, it launched regular flights to Munich and Tallinn. “Next year we are planning to add new route to Kazakhstan, Spain, and Cyprus. We will add Paphos in response to persistent requests from travel agencies,” Anatoly Gusarov said. Yet, as he noted, no final decision on these destinations has been made. “We hope to get permission to fly to Aktau in Kazakhstan. We have been eying that city for a long time as there is transit connection from Europe. As for Spain, we plan to fly to Reus, a resort town,” Belavia Director General Anatoly Gusarov said.

Charter programs will be expanded in 2020 as well.

Today, Belavia operates scheduled flights to 55 airports in 29 countries in Europe and Asia.
