Belarusian-Vietnamese interregional cooperation discussed in Ho Chi Minh City

MINSK, 26 October (BelTA) - Belarus’ Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City Ruslan Varankov met with Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen in the Vietnamese capital on 25 October, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“The parties discussed key areas of Belarusian-Vietnamese interregional cooperation with an emphasis trade, economic and humanitarian ties,” the press service informed.

Special consideration was given to the upcoming exchange of visits of delegations from the regions of the two countries, and ways of stepping up business cooperation. The parties highlighted the historically friendly Belarusian-Vietnamese relations and reaffirmed committemt to taking them to a qualitatively higher level.
