MINSK, 28 July (BelTA) – Demonstration tests of the Belarusian grain harvester Palesse GS812 have been successfully completed at premises of agricultural enterprises in Kotayk Oblast, Armenia with assistance of the Embassy of Belarus in Armenia. The grain harvester Palesse GS812 was made by the mechanical engineering industrial group Gomselmash and has not been shipped to Armenia until now, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.
During the tests the Belarusian harvester demonstrated high effectiveness and reliability. Top officials and representatives of the Agriculture Ministry of Armenia and interested Armenian agricultural enterprises spoke in positive terms about the vehicle, BelTA has been told.
The Belarusian grain harvesters were shipped to Armenia for testing as part of the arrangements between the Armenian Agriculture Ministry and Gomselmash. The arrangements had been initiated by the Belarusian diplomatic mission.
The possibility of getting Gomselmash vehicles tested in other regions of Armenia is under consideration now.
