GOMEL, 22 March (BelTA) – The Belarusian mechanical engineering company Gomselmash will open an enterprise to assemble grain harvesters in Bashkortostan, Russia, the company’s press service told BelTA.
The agreement on expanding cooperation was signed by Gomselmash and the Bashkortostan Agriculture Ministry during the latest agribusiness forum in the city of Ufa. The document provides for using premises of the OOO Tekhresurs dealership to set up an enterprise to assemble Palesse grain harvesters.
“Gomselmash machines enjoy steady demand in Bashkortostan. Over 200 Palesse harvesters are used in the region. Gomselmash forage harvesters account for 60% of Bashkortostan’s forage harvesters fleet,” stressed the press service.
