“The Japanese consumer will get familiar with the Belarusian marsh-mellow, pastille, marmalade, halvah, chocolate, sweets, cookies and other confectionary products,” the Belinterexpo said. On display will also be Belarusian flour, macaroni, milk powder products, cheese, kvass, beer, alcoholic beverages, and cigarettes.

The Belarusian exposition will be presented by a number of Belarusian companies such as Kommunarka, Spartak, Krasny Pischevik, Krinitsa, Belsolod, Grodno Tobacco Factory Neman, Minsk Kristall, Lida Diary, Lidakhlebprodukt, and many others.

On 10 March presentations will be held in cooperation with the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Belarusian embassy in Japan to demonstrate the country’s trade and economic potential, companies of the national exposition, the National Investment and Privatization Agency, and the National Academy of Sciences. The business part of the program will also include talks with potential partners.

Foodex Japan is the number one exhibition of food products and beverages in the Asian-Pacific Region.
