Belarusian food products featured at Expo Food & Drinks in Armenia

MINSK, 21 May (BelTA) - Belarusian food products featured at the Belarus - Taste of Nature exhibition set up at the Expo Food & Drinks, which opened in Yerevan on 21 May, BelTA learned from the Belinterexpo exhibition company at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The new products of the confectionery and alcohol industries are showcased by the Belarusian food industry concern Belgospishcheprom and Minsk Krystal distillery, Minsk Sparkling Wines Factory, Spartak and Krasny Pischevik confectioneries. Slutsk Cheese-Making Plant and the Babushkina Krynka holding company have presented advanced developments in the dairy industry.

For example, Spartak confectionery has brought sets of different chocolates. In general, the company produces more than 350 items of confectionery, including dietary and lean products.

Babushkina Krynka is presenting new types of cheeses with natural fillings. The dairy holding company processes 85% of the milk produced in Mogilev Oblast. The monthly dairy output is more than 60,000 tonnes.

The Belarus - Taste of Nature exhibition has been organized by  the Belinterexpo exhibition company at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of the Belarusian Embassy in Armenia.
