MINSK, 15 August (BelTA) - The second session of the Belarusian-Chinese commission on trade and economic cooperation will be held in China on 16 August, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Economy Ministry.
“A Belarusian delegation headed by Economy Minister Vladimir Zinovsky and Deputy Head of the Presidential administration Nikolai Snopkov are in the People's Republic of China on a visit on 13-17 August. During the visit the Belarusian delegation will attend the second meeting of the commission on trade and economic cooperation of the Belarusian-Chinese intergovernmental committee for cooperation and the eighth session of the working group on the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park,” the Economy Ministry said.
During the meetings the parties will discuss the prospects for development of bilateral cooperation in investment, finance and manufacturing, mutual trade, and major investment projects. The parties are expected to consider the ways of further optimization of the strategy and improvement of the legal environment of the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park, and also the ways of enhancing its attractiveness and promoting the construction of infrastructure.
The Belarusian delegation is set to visit the Chinese-Singaporean industrial park.
