MINSK, 5 March (BelTA) - Cooperation with Uzbekistan was discussed at the Belarusian state light industry concern Bellegprom on 4 March, BelTA learned from the company’s press service.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Belarus Rakhmatulla Nazarov and Counselor for Trade and Economic Affairs of the Embassy Kamoliddin Hasanov paid a visit to Bellegprom.
The parties discussed the progress made in the implementation of the agreements reached during the visit of the Belarusian president to Uzbekistan. Among them are the establishment of joint ventures and implementation of joint projects; mutual supplies of yarn, knitted fabrics, leather raw materials, fabrics; organization of a visit of an Uzbek delegation to Belarus to study the work of leather, footwear and fur industries; attraction of specialists and technologists to industrial enterprises on a reciprocal basis.
