MINSK, 17 June (BelTA) – Four haul trucks BelAZ-75454 with the carrying capacity of 45 tonnes have been shipped to Macedonia for the company Sinpeks d.o.o. Bitola. It is the first batch of vehicles BelAZ has shipped to this region, the Belarusian company’s press service told BelTA.
A BelAZ-75454 haul truck is powered by a 478kW Scania DC16 (Stage 4f) engine. It is a new generation of haul trucks with engines that meet modern ecological standards.
The BelAZ-75454 truck also boasts multidisc oil-cooled brakes and an automatic gearbox that helps select the optimal movement speed.
The BelAZ-75454 truck is designed to transport broken rock mass along technological roads in open mining pits in various climatic conditions. They can be used for building major industrial installations and hydroengineering installations and at processing industry enterprises. Depending on the specific weight of the transported freight the top efficiency is achieved by using excavators or loaders with buckets with the capacity of 8-12.5m3.
