MINSK, 5 March (BelTA) – The Belarusian-Azerbaijani business forum will be held in Baku on 13 March, BelTA learned from Irina Novitskaya, a foreign trade expert at the Minsk Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The business forum will take place during a visit of a Belarusian business delegation to Baku scheduled for 11-15 March, she informed. Taking part in the forum will be 14 Belarusian companies including the Minsk Free Economic Zone, OAO Gomelstroymaterialy, Mogilev Carriage Works, Brest Meat-Packing Plant, Modum cosmetics producer, and others.
The aim of visit to Baku is to promote sales markets for Belarusian goods, search for new business partners, raising investments, and establishing various forms of mutually beneficial cooperation.
The Belarusian delegation is set to meet with representatives of Azerbaijani companies to discuss establishing direct contacts, mutually beneficial cooperation in various industries, to visit enterprises and to hold meetings with representatives of regional ministries and agencies.
