MINSK, 6 February (BelTA) - The Belarusian mechanical engineering company Amkodor plans to ship over 30 vehicles worth $2.5 million to Egypt in 2019, BelTA has learned from Amkodor’s website.
Amkodor started to supply its products to Egypt in late 2017. It has already shipped 14 vehicles to this country worth a total of $750,000.
The Belarusian enterprise hosted top managers of Egypt A&M Investments & Constructions SA President company. The parties discussed investment cooperation.
“Egypt is an attractive market for Amkodor because of its high capacity. We will also be able to promote Amkodor vehicles to North Africa via this market,” the article reads.
A facility to assemble Amkodor loaders has already been set up in Abu Zaabal at an enterprise of the National Organization for Military Production. The facility assembles Amkodor E16 and Amkodor E25 fork loaders, 211E universal skid steer loaders, and 352C universal loaders.
