MINSK, 3 April (BelTA) – Representatives of the Belarusian mechanical engineering company Amkodor have discussed cooperation prospects with Russia’s Orel Oblast, BelTA learned from the press service of the enterprise.
As part of a working trip to Belarus, the delegation of Russia’s Orel Oblast led by Governor Andrei Klychkov visited Belarus’ Amkodor Company.
The Russian representatives were given a tour of Amkodor’s permanent exhibition to get familiar with the machinery lineup. The negotiations focused on the prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation between the Belarusian company and Russia’s Orel Oblast.
Established in 1927, Amkodor consists of 30 legal entities, 22 plants that produce more than 6,500 names of products, including 135 models and modifications of special-purpose vehicles and agricultural machines. All Amkodor enterprises are integrated into a single technological chain. Each member specializes in manufacturing specific machines, units and assemblies for all enterprises of the company. Amkodor constantly develops new models of machines and vehicles and improves existing ones.
