Belarusian ambassador, Chinese CAMCE discuss economic projects

MINSK, 13 September (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to China Yuri Senko met with Li Haixin, Director General of China CAMC Engineering Corporation, member of the Board of Directors of SZAO Industrial Park Development Company, on 13 September, BelTA has learned.

Yuri Senko and Li Haixin discussed Belarus-China trade and economic cooperation, including progress of development of the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone, the support the project enjoys, and the construction of Sinomach’s R&D park Fakel (Torch) in the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone. The Torch park is supposed to open in 2023.

Close attention was paid to expanding cooperation with Chinese companies, which are interested in selling technological equipment (components, raw materials) to Belarus, in the realization of investment projects (as investors and contractors), in the establishment of joint ventures, and in the export of domestic goods.
