MINSK, 24 May (BelTA) – Belarusbank signed a cooperation agreement with the Russian Agricultural Bank (Rosselkhozbank) during the 22nd Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) on 24 May, BelTA has learned.
The agreement is supposed to advance long-term partnership relations, enable participation in joint projects and other kinds of joint activities on the basis of mutually beneficial cooperation. Comprehensive aid will be provided and the best practices will be shared on a broad range of matters of mutual interest.
The Rosselkhozbank website reads that as part of the cooperation agreement the two banks intend to expand cooperation for implementing investment projects in agriculture and other branches of the Russian and Belarusian economies.
The document was signed by Belarusbank Chairman of the Board Viktor Ananich and Rosselkhozbank First Deputy Chairman of the Board Boris Listov.
