MINSK, 24 July (BelTA) - Belarus wants to supply Belarusian-made food to the DPRK and import Korean cosmetics. These issues were discussed during the talks between Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maksim Ryzhenkov and Minister of External Economic Relations of the DPRK, co-chairman of the joint commission on trade and economic cooperation Yun Jong Ho, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"The talks focused on ways of developing bilateral economic cooperation in areas not limited by the decisions of the UN Security Council. In this regard, special attention was paid to food security, education and healthcare, mutual deliveries of certain goods, including Belarusian food products to the DPRK and traditional Korean cosmetics for the Belarusian market," the press service said.

The parties also discussed the topic of cooperation between the chambers of commerce and industry of the two countries and mutual participation in exhibition and fair events. An agreement was reached to hold the next meeting of the commission this year.
