MINSK, 27 October (BelTA) – Minsk hosted a session of the Belarus-Vietnam intergovernmental commission for trade, economic, scientific, and technical cooperation on 27 October, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Belarusian part of the commission was chaired by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Valentin Rybakov, the Vietnamese part – by Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Hoang Quoc Vuong.
The parties reviewed the state of the implementation of the final protocol of the eleventh session of the Belarus-Vietnam intergovernmental commission for trade, economic, scientific, and technical cooperation and the program for cooperation between Belarus and Vietnam for 2013-2015. The sides also discussed cooperation in many fields, including political dialogue, trade, economy, industry, agriculture, finance, investment, science, technology, medicine, education and personnel training, culture, information, sports, tourism, interregional cooperation, and others.
The event concluded with the signing of the protocol of the twelfth session of the Belarus-Vietnam intergovernmental commission for trade, economic, scientific, and technical cooperation.
