MINSK, 17 January (BelTA) – The Economy Ministry of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has held a videoconference organized with the help of the Belarusian Embassy in Kyiv, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Ukraine.
“Representatives of the Economy Ministry of the Republic of Belarus, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine held a productive discussion and exchanged views on various aspects of national legislations and law enforcement practices related to economic insolvency (bankruptcy). Among other things that were discussed was the experience of implementing regulations on the random choice of managers in Ukraine,” the embassy informed.
The parties agreed to keep exchanging information and materials and to keep holding online consultations on topical issues of mutual interest.
