MINSK, 29 September (BelTA) – Belarus’ Council of Ministers has endorsed the Belarus-Turkey intergovernmental memorandum of mutual understanding in agricultural cooperation signed in Minsk on 11 November 2016. The relevant decision is envisaged in the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No.721 of 28 September, BelTA learned from the government’s press service.
The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to notify Turkey that Belarus had completed the domestic procedure required for the memorandum to come into effect.
The document was signed during the official visit of Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Belarus in November 2016.
