MINSK, 15 December (BelTA) – Belarus will strengthen industrial cooperation with Punjab Province of Pakistan. Opportunities for bolstering bilateral ties were discussed during the recent working visit of Ambassador of Belarus to Pakistan Andrei Yermolovich to Lahore, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Belarusian diplomat met with Punjab Governor Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana, and also with representatives of the Punjab Board of Investment and Trade, the Punjab Department of Agriculture, and the Department of Industries.
The parties discussed ways to boost trade, economic and investment cooperation between Belarus and Punjab and intensify the ties in pharmaceutical industry, textile and light industry, and agriculture.
