MINSK, 15 May (BelTA) – Products made from recovered waste oils are to be delivered to Germany, Israel and Norway, Director of the company DVCh-Management Igor Safonov said at a press conference hosted by BelTA.

The company collects and recycles oil-containing waste. It secures eco-friendly recovery of waste oils and manufacturers import-substituting products that are in high demand. The company’s product portfolio features a broad range of industrial lubricants, components of dust-collecting and flow-inducing agents, and raw materials to produce base oils.

“In 2017 we secured our foothold on the markets of Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, and Poland. We have plans to expand the range of exports to Germany and Russia and to promote our products on the markets of Israel and Norway. At present negotiations are in progress. We have started developing customized products. For examples, the German partners have already tested our samples and we hope to launch deliveries in the near future,” Igor Safonov said.

In his words, at present the company is able to process 15,000 tones of oil-containing waste per year. When the company reaches its designed capacity, it will be able to process over 50% of the country’s waste oils, taking into account all available recycling facilities. This will allow launching the construction of the second and third phases of the plant to manufacture high-quality products that are not produced in the EAEU yet.

“We see good prospects for waste oils recovery in our country. However, it is crucial to develop a comprehensive system of collection and recycling of such waste,” he added.
