Belarus to reduce export duties on oil, oil products on 1 September

MINSK, 31 August (BelTA) – On 1 September 2022 Belarus will reduce export duties on oil and oil products in line with the Council of Ministers' resolution No.567 of 30 August 2022, BelTA learned from the national legal internet portal.

In line with the resolution the size of the export duty on crude oil, furnace oil, oil bitumen, petrolatum, paraffin, and waste oils will be $52 per tonne ($53 previously). The export duty on straight-run gasoline will be set at $28.6 per tonne ($29.1 previously). The size of the export duty on commercial gasoline, diesel fuel, light and middle distillates, benzene, toluene, xylene, lubricants will make up $15.6 per tonne (down from $15.9).

The resolution takes effect on 1 September 2022.
